Exchange Process: We offer exchanges in the form of store credits. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide bank refunds.

Self-Ship Returns: To make the return process smoother for both of us, please use a carrier of your choice to send the product back to us. You'll be responsible for the shipping cost, but we won't charge you extra for shipping the exchanged product. Ensure the items are sent in an appropriately-sized parcel, preferably in the original box. If you've received a wrong or defective product from us, rest assured, we'll cover the cost of pickup and delivery.

Conditions for Store Credits: Store credits are provided only if the product is returned in the same condition as ordered. Products returned in a used, washed, or damaged condition will be returned as they are. We take garment hygiene seriously and ensure that our customers receive only new and unused items.

Clearance Sales Products: Please note that products purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for exchange or return. Double-check to make sure your product wasn't part of a clearance sale.
